Ingredients

★ cooking times may vary depending on your microwave's wattage, brand and size.

Directions

    1. Cut tomato into wedges, and slice onion thinly
    2. Add water, ketchup, chicken powder into the Donabe and mix    **1
    3. Add cut tomatoes and onion slices into the Donabe
    4. Cook in microwave for 4 ~ 5 min. ( if you like the veggies to be more soft, add 1~2 min )
    5. Pour olive oil and sprinkle a little bit of black pepper
**1..... I used AJINOMOTO brand "Torigara Soup Powder" You can purchase it from Amazon. Or you can use Lee Kum Kee brand "Chicken Bouillon Chicken Powder" Many Asian markets carry this brand. Lee Kum Kee has a little more salty/stronger flavor, so if you use this brand, please use 1 tsp at first, and add more if you would like it to be more salty.
