One Pot Easy Mac and Cheese

You sure will enjoy this cheesy & creamy homemade classic dish.

Prep Time 5 mins Cook Time 15 mins Total Time 20 mins 2 Servings: 2

★ The amount of ingredients and heating time are measured for 1 ~ 2 people.


★ cooking times may vary depending on your microwave's wattage, brand and size.


    1. Fill water till 2nd inner line of the Donabe.
    2. Add uncooked macaroni and pinch of salt.
    3. Cook in a microwave for 10 min. Take the Donabe out every 3~4 min and stir to separate the pasta.
    4. The last 3 min of cooking, take the lid off ad cook. 
    5. Drain the excess water.
    6. Add margarine, half of cheese(1/2 cup), salt then mix altogether.
    7. Pour whipping cream, and add the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese then mix well. 
    8. Top with skim mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and cook for 5 min in a preheated oven of temp 375. ( no lid )
