“No-Fry” Japanese Stir-Fry

 Cooking time is short, so vitamins remain in the vegetables. Also since this dish is not cooked in oil, its healthier and contains much less calories.

★ cooking times may vary depending on your microwave's wattage, brand and size.


    1. Cut the cabbage into about 2 inches. Remove the seeds from the red bell pepper, and cut into about half an inch strips. 
    2. Cut the chives into about  2 inches, remove the roots from the bean sprouts.
    3. Cut the pork into about an inch wide pieces. (thinner the better)
    4. Put all the ingredients into the Donabe and put salt & pepper. 
    5.  Add the sesame oil and mix.
    6. Cover with the lid and cook for 4 min.
