Mixed Vegetable Simple Stir-Fried Noodles : Japanese Yakisoba

Yakisoba is a classic and popular Japanese stir-fried noodle dish. You can add your choice of meat (thinly sliced pork, beef, hotdog,,,etc) and vegetables to make your own Yakisoba at home. In this recipe, I used the "Yakisoba package" from an Asian market (usually in the freezer or refrigerated area). The Yakisoba Package comes with steam cooked yakisoba noodles and seasoning packet. I personally like to add a sunny-side-up egg on the top. (cook in a frying pan separately)
