Milk Pudding

Very simple and easy to make this silky smooth healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  1. Directions to make milk pudding desserts
    1. Pour milk into the Donabe ( fill up to the inner line 1 ...... about 1 cup )
    2. Add sugar and gelatin then mix well.
    3. Microwave the Donabe for 2 and a half min. 
    4. Pour the remaining 1 cup of milk and mix
    5. Once the Donabe becomes cool enough, put it in a refrigerator until the pudding is nice and cold. ( about 3 hrs or so). 

       【 Caramel Sauce / optional 】

    1. Mix sugar and cold water in a microwave safe dish. (Not the Microwave Donabe)
    2. Cook the mixture for 3 min. 
    3. Pour boiling water into the mixture and stir. ( it should be brown color / please pour the boiling water slowly since the mixture is very hot and bubbly )

      *** Caramel Sauce hardens quickly. If it becomes too hard, put it back in a microwave and reheat for a few seconds at a time***

    SInce this desert is smooth and not overly sweetened, putting some fresh cut fruits on the top is another great way to enjoy this pudding.
