Healthy Cream Stew

You can cook this tasty & creamy stew in less than 15 min!! The best part is that this dish is healthy too.

★ The amount of ingredients and heating time are measured for 1 ~ 2 people.


★ cooking times may vary depending on your microwave's wattage, brand and size.


    1. Cut the chicken into 2~3 cm cubes and season with salt and pepper. 
    2. Cut the potato into about 12 pieces, carrot into 5 mm thickness, and onions into 1 cm wide wedges.
    3. pu the cut chicken cubes in the Microwave Donabe, add water and crushed chicken bouillon ( or powder )
    4. Add bay leaf on top, then put kitchen paper on top of the ingredients and cover with the lid.
    5. Cook for 7 min then take the Donabe out from the microwave 
    6. Remove the kitchen paper, then add milk, potato starch and mix well
    7. Put the lid back on, and cook for additional 1~2 min.
