Eggplant & Meat Sauce

Eggplant ( or zucchini, squash,,,) + Tomatoes = Healthy & Tasty!  Adding this delicious meat sauce makes this dish as a perfect main dish.

★ cooking times may vary depending on your microwave's wattage, brand and size.


    1. Cut eggplant into bite-sized pieces, then put them in a ziplock bag
    2.  Add olive oil to the bag and toss together until well coated
    3. Mix ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, soy sauce, sake and sugar together.
    4. Put ground pork and ③ into the Donabe and mix well. 
    5. Put the Donabe in microwave and cook for 3 and a half min
    6. Remove The  Microwave Donabe from the microwave. Sprinkle flour and mix well.
    7. Add tomatoes (cut in half ) and cheese on top.
    8. Put the lid back on, then microwave the Donabe for 1 min
